These Terms apply to your use of the Golden Cascade Suites website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort welcome adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. We may ask for photo identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card must guarantee each reservation. The full balance is charged at checkout unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur the first night’s charge; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, breaks our gaming rules or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming at our property is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits may be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Golden Cascade Suites or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property statutes.

9. External links

This website may link to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those external websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
